Return Policy

Returns

Our goal is to ensure you have an enjoyable shopping experience. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us at orders@shoppandcboutique.com Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. We will respond within 24 hours.

All approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Returned item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of placing your order. A completed return form must be included in order for your return to be processed. 

Please allow up to 4 business days for return processing once your items are received.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping and may use any carrier of their choice. We strongly recommend insuring your return package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please keep your tracking number until your return is complete.


Final Sale Items

Items discounted or marked down 25% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return.

The following items are also final sale:

  • Jewelry

  • Tumblers

  • Seasonal items

  • Hats

  • Mugs

  • Food & drink items

  • Bodysuits

  • Leggings

  • Gift cards

Items damaged due to improper care are not eligible for return. Please follow all care instructions before washing or drying.


Return Condition Requirements

To be accepted, all returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In sellable condition

  • With original tags attached

Items showing signs of wear, washing, odor, fragrance, makeup, stains, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.

Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged box.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact hello@shoppandcboutique.com within 3 days of delivery for assistance.


Pre-Orders

Each pre-order item will list an estimated ship date in the product description.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Orders containing pre-order items will ship in full once the pre-order item becomes available.


Order Cancellations

We prioritize fast order fulfillment. Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately. If a cancellation request is received before processing, a refund may be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.


Sezzle

Orders must total $50 or more to be eligible for Sezzle.
